The Aicok Slow Juicer AMR521 produces a good juice result and also a good juice yield. The device is quiet in use, but sometimes it is not as easy to handle and process. Residues collect quickly in the machine and in the sieve and the machine has a very narrow feed chute.

Good juice result and juice yield, however, this juicer is not as efficient in processing and handling.

The Aicok Slow Juicer AMR521 comes in a plain cardboard box and is easy to assemble. All parts should be cleaned before first use.

  • Main unit
  • Waste and juice container
  • Cleaning brush
  • Pushrod

Handling and use
Suction cups on the underside of the juicer prevent the juicer from slipping but still allow it to wobble a little during use.

The juicer has only one power stage, which makes the machine a little slower during the juicing process. Nevertheless, the juicer is able to juice both soft and hard fruits and vegetables.

For the fruit to fit through the chute and be processed well, it must be cut to size
For the fruit to fit through the chute and be processed well, it must be cut to size

After you have assembled the juicer and it is ready to use, you must cut the fruit and vegetables to the right size for the feed chute. Since the chute has a very small diameter, the pieces have to be cut quite narrowly and therefore this juicer needs some preparation time.

To start the juicer, switch it to "ON" and put your prepared fruit or vegetables into the chute. With the pestle you can push down the pieces a little bit if necessary. During juicing, waste pieces collect in the appliance and in the sieve, so when changing the type of fruit or vegetable, it is advisable to remove them for the time being, as this could result in a lower juice yield or blockage.

There is also a reverse gear on the appliance. According to the operating instructions, this should be used if there is too much residue in the appliance and the appliance has difficulty functioning properly. However, the appliance will only start working when fruit or vegetables are placed in the chute.

The leftovers are pressed into the waste container through a small opening at the front. This is quickly full and must be emptied regularly. The juice drains down into the juice container, but sometimes a little juice collects in the appliance and does not drain completely.

The appliance does not contain a drip stop, which means that juice continues to drip out of the appliance after juicing.

The juicer ensures a good juice result and a good juice yield. The juice is liquid, no pieces are present and except when juicing the apples there was no foam in the juice.

From left to right these glasses contain the juice of 2 apples, half a melon, 2 oranges, 2 carrots and 2 kiwis. One glass holds about 300 ml

The device is easy to clean, as it can be disassembled into many individual parts. You can now wash them off by hand. Only the base unit should be wiped with a damp cloth only.

With the included cleaning brush the screen can also be cleaned very easily.

Pieces of fruit and vegetables get caught in the sieve

Due to the fact that residues accumulate in the appliance and the sieve, individual parts, unfortunately, have to be emptied and roughly cleaned from time to time even during juicing.

The appliance should be cleaned shortly after use so that the residues do not dry up and are therefore difficult to remove.
