The Aicok Centrifugal Juicer can only produce a thick, smoothie-like juice. On the positive side, hardly any foam gets into the glass. Unfortunately, the amount of force required is very high, so that the production is complicated. The feed chute is simply too small, especially for hard fruit and vegetable pieces. On the other hand, the juice yield of the juicer is very convincing.
The Aicok Centrifugal Juicer mainly produces smoothies and has three speed levels.
Unfortunately, the Aicok juicer is not convincing with its overall appearance. Especially the small feed chute proves to be impractical in practice, as large and round fruits cannot be completely thrown in, but have to be crushed first. Popular juice ingredients such as apples and oranges, therefore, take considerably longer to extract. The overall stability is also insufficient. The suction cups at the bottom, which are supposed to hold the juicer securely on the working surface, unfortunately, come off quickly, so that you have to hold the device additionally during use. Also the collection container for the juiced residues is only wobbly attached to the juicer and floats without having contact with the working surface. So it also happens that not all of the waste ends up in the container, but drips and goes next to it.
The juice is not clear due to the lack of filtration but rather resembles a smoothie. However, the juicer is very productive and produces one of the highest amounts of juice in comparison.
The foam retainer allows you to enjoy the smoothie completely.
It is also good that nothing splashes when juicing and everything flows completely into the juice container.
The juicer has three speed settings, "P" as fastest, "1" and "2". The "P" button must be held permanently when using the juicer. You can also optimize the juice yield by slowly increasing the speeds. Unfortunately, the juicer vibrates very strongly at speed 2. However, this is necessary for carrots, for example, as they cannot be crushed at lower speeds. In addition, a lot of force must be used to press fruit and vegetables down in the feed chute.
Overall, the operation is not as easy as with more expensive machines. However, the manual contains all the important information about juicing. The cleaning and preparation of fruit and vegetables is also described in detail in German.
You can clean the base station by hand with a damp cloth. All other parts, which can be taken apart completely, can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
