Resumee

Handling the Venus Induction Espresso Maker by Bialetti is uncomplicated. The coffee produced with this method is a bit thin but does not taste bitter or burnt.

Pro

  • Easy to use
  • Coffee not burnt

Cons

  • Thin coffee

360° View

The handling is easy and the coffee is not burnt. However, its consistency could be a little thicker.

Exterior

The Bialetti espresso maker Venus Induction Espresso Maker has a capacity of 6 espresso cups, i.e. approx. 300 ml. All parts, except the handle and the handle on the lid, are made of shiny stainless steel. It makes a quite stable impression and the lid is also firmly attached and difficult to bend. The iconic Bialetti emblem is engraved on the side.

Handling

The filling and screwing of the cooker work without any problems.

With the help of the hard plastic handle, pouring in is unproblematic, but a few drops get stuck.

After pouring it still drips a little.
After pouring, it still drips a little so that coffee sticks.

The handling of the lid is uncritical. Its plastic lever insulates well and you can grip it without hesitation. Unfortunately, it has no frame to collect condensation (like the cookers of WMF or Giannini), so it drips from the lid when open.

Result

The coffee from the Bialetti - Venus Induction Espresso Maker tastes thin and not very aromatic. However, it also has nothing of the smoky bitterness that some other espresso makers produce.
