Scope of delivery
The mySodapop Jerry soda maker has a simple design, the case is dark grey, box-shaped and slightly larger. Included in the delivery is the soda maker, a 60 litre CO2 cylinder, two PET water bottles, a textile transport bag and an operating instruction.
The PET bottles have a sell-by date and must be replaced regularly. The PET bottles included in our scope of delivery are durable until 09/2019, therefore new bottles must be purchased after 5 months.
Inserting the CO2 cylinder
The first step is to insert the CO2 cylinder into your Sodapop. To do this, turn around the soda maker, remove the seal and the cap from the cylinder head and insert it into the opening at the bottom of the bubbler. Now you have to turn the cylinder clockwise until it sits stable in your Sodapop. Then turn the soda maker around again and you are ready to start.
Inserting the PET bottle
At the beginning fill up your PET bottle to the maximum mark with tap water. Be careful not to fill it above the mark, as it may overflow while sparkling. It is recommended to use cold water for a maximum sparkling experience.
Now you have to insert the bottle into the snap-lock holder and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place.
To fizz up, press the button for 1-2 seconds. Depending on your desired sparkling intensity, you can repeat this process up to 3 times. The maximum sparkling level is signaled by a hissing sound. Once you have reached your desired sparkling intensity, press the drain button to drain off excess carbon dioxide. You can hold it down for 1-2 seconds.
Now you can remove the bottle by turning it counterclockwise and enjoy fresh homemade soda water!
The handling of the soda maker is very simple and easy to use. The bubbler button is easy to operate and the bottle and cylinder are easy and uncomplicated to insert.
After sparkling once to maximum sparkling intensity, the soda maker consumes 13 g of gas.
At maximum sparkling result you will definitely get a Classic strong sparkling water from your Sodapop! If you're not a big fan of excessive sparkling intensity, press the button only once or twice and you'll get a medium strong sparkling water.
After the sparkling water has been in the fridge for 2 nights, there is still a lot of bubbles in the water.
