The hairdryer Philips - DryCare Prestige Hairdryer with MoistureProtect Sensor HP8280/00 is a very well-equipped hairdryer that uses a sensor to determine the hair temperature and thus sets the ideal temperature. You can also adjust the hair dryer manually to suit your needs. The device with its rose-golden details is an eye-catcher and rounds off the picture of a good hairdryer perfectly.
The hairdryer Philips - DryCare Prestige Hairdryer with MoistureProtect Sensor HP8280/00 is packed in an elegant, functionally illustrated package and is ready for use immediately after removal. The manual is cumbersome, but explains quickly how to handle the device.
- 30x90 mm Centering nozzle
- Instruction manual
Optically the hairdryer is kept white and the head, as well as the dust filter is pink gold.
The hairdryer is easy to use and due to the long cable one is not directly connected to a socket, but with a length of approx. 2.5 metres it is a bit too long.
The dust filter is quite coarsely perforated and can be easily removed and cleaned.
Two rubber studs are attached to the sides to give the hairdryer support when it is put down. This means that the hairdryer can also be placed on narrower trays.
Between the handle and the cable there is an eyelet for hanging the hairdryer.
The DryCare Prestige hairdryer has the special function of using a sensor to determine the hair temperature and to reduce the heat as soon as the hair becomes drier.
With this function the hairdryer dries the hair the fastest and most gently.
This function is activated by means of a slide button on the back of the handle and a violet control lamp lights up on the side.
If necessary, you can also adjust the air flow manually in two stages and the temperature in three stages, as well as blow-dry cold if you keep the cold air button permanently pressed. However, the air is cooler than at the other temperature levels, but lukewarm rather than cold.
While the unit is switched on, a ceramic component inside the hairdryer emits ions that prevent the hair from electrifying and ensure a good hold.
